About Maggi

I was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, lived in Boise, Idaho, moved to Denver with my family in 1984 and now reside in Parker, Colorado. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education degree from Wichita State University with post-graduate studies in Information Technologies (IT) at Boise State University.

As an IT professional for over 20 years, I worked in a variety of positions, and my most rewarding position was managing IT professional consultants for the local telecommunications provider. In that position, I was able to help skilled professionals find employment by matching them with business managers with specific technical needs.

As a REALTOR®, I change lives by helping people sell or buy a home.

I am a lifelong learner and committed to education, which I believe is demanded if one is to remain current in this industry.  Through my efforts, I have earned several designations and presently hold the following:

CRS® – Certified Residential Specialist, the highest certified Designation awarded to residential sales associates, which recognizes professional accomplishments in experience and education
ABR® – Accredited Buyers Representative
GRI – Graduate, Realtor Institute, which required 96 hours of classroom time covering a variety of topics
CNE – Certified Negotiation Expert
SRES® – Senior Real Estate Specialist

My technical background enables me to utilize and provide my clients with the latest tools and technology. As a full-time REALTOR®, I am dedicated to the industry and work with a business coach to constantly improve my skills and exceed my clients’ expectations.
